Terms of Service

By accessing or using L-Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use L-Center. If you are using L-Center on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

L-Center provides health information tools designed to support longevity and wellness tracking, as well as supervised clinical protocols. The platform includes:

• Biological age calculation from laboratory biomarker values
• Lab report scanning (photo and PDF upload with AI-assisted extraction)
• Dietary logging with optional AI-assisted calorie and macronutrient estimation
• Symptom tracking using validated patient-reported outcome instruments
• Vitality scoring from wearable device integration
• Protocol status monitoring for enrolled clinical participants
• Grocery list generation aligned with dietary protocols
• AI health companion for protocol-related questions

L-Center is NOT a medical device. L-Center does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider before making health decisions based on information from L-Center.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and entering health data
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account credentials
• Each person may maintain only one L-Center account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

L-Center uses a tiered consent model for your health data:

• Tier 1 — Care (Required): Your data is used to provide the L-Center service, including calculating your biological age, analyzing your meals, tracking your symptoms, and generating your health reports. This consent is required for platform use. Revoking Tier 1 consent requires account deletion.
• Tier 2 — Research (Optional): Your de-identified data may be used for research analyses and publications. De-identification uses HMAC-SHA256 pseudonymization with all 18 HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers removed. No researcher can trace the data back to you. You may revoke this consent at any time.
• Tier 3 — AI Improvement (Optional): Your de-identified data may be used to train and improve L-Center's AI models for food analysis accuracy, health insights relevance, and predictive analytics. The same de-identification standards apply. You may revoke this consent at any time.

Each tier is separately revocable at any time through your account settings. Revocation takes effect within 30 days for research and AI uses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

L-Center is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Biological age calculations are informational and educational, not diagnostic
• AI-generated content (food analysis, chat responses, grocery recommendations) is informational, not prescriptive
• The safety monitoring system is a tool that alerts your clinician — it does not replace clinical judgment
• In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately
• Your healthcare provider makes all clinical decisions regarding your care
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by L-Center

The L-Center platform, including its design, source code, AI models, algorithms, and content, is the property of L-Center, Inc. and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Your health data belongs to you. You may access and export your data at any time through the application. Scientific citations within the application are attributed to their original authors.

L-Center provides information tools, not medical care. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• L-Center, Inc. is not liable for any medical decisions made based on information from the platform
• L-Center, Inc.'s total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• L-Center, Inc. is not liable for any interruption of service, data loss, or errors in AI-generated content
• L-Center, Inc. is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers (wearable device manufacturers, laboratory providers, etc.)

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• You may close your account at any time through the Settings page
• Upon account closure, your identifiable data will be deleted within 30 days
• De-identified research data (if you previously consented to Tier 2) may be retained indefinitely, as it cannot be traced back to you
• L-Center, Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of L-Center shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at the parties' mutual agreement
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against L-Center, Inc.
• Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if the claims qualify

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of L-Center after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
